Carlton Andra Hubbard was born February 27, 1966, to the late Hubert "Dub" Bradford and Ethel Mae Hubbard. He departed this life on Thursday, April 4,2024.

Carlton , at an early age, joined Greater Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church where he served faithfully until his death. Carlton attended Hinds County Agricultural High School. Carlton also worked at Hinds County Public Works for over 20 years.

Carlton leaves to cherish his memories: a daughter, Carla Andrea Nicole Hubbard; five sisters, LaTonya Bradford and Sharon McPearson, both of Raymond, Mississippi. Wand Jackson of Jackson, Mississippi, Jacqueline Bradford of Atlanta, Georgia and Tracey Bradford of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; two brothers, Undra West of Jackson, Mississippi and Antonio Bradford of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; one aunt that reared him as her own, Annie Pearl Hubbard; one bonus sister, Dr. Elaine T. Gayden of Byram, Mississippi and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
