Eddie Leon Green was born December 13, 1958, to the late Eddie B. Coleman and Betty Jean Key.  Eddie was a graduate of Provine High School " 2400 Ram City" and was a member of the Provine High School Marching Band Drum Line, and later attended Utica Junior College. Eddie accepted Christ at an early age at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church under the leadership of the Dr. Kirtwood. Eddie was preceded in death by his Mother Betty Jean Key; Father Eddie B. Coleman; Sister Sonia Blanchard; Sister Jewell Green; Sister Janet Green; Niece Erika Green; Nieces Adrienne Green, Kaoir Taylor and Special Friend Caroline Harris.

Eddie Green leaves to morn his siblings Ronnie Coleman (Anderson, IL), Nickye Coleman (Gayneppa) (Indiana); sisters Betty Jo Key, Earnestine Key Nieces and Nephews Ashley (Torrey), Jessica, Chasity (Chad), Octavia, Jamilya, Kanishia, Jaylah, Keyona, Quintez, Curtis, Philandra, Christina, Camryn, Cayden, Kazaiden, Jamauri, Jacee, Khamir, Jalon, Ashanti (Jackson, MS).
