Bracy.  Fred leaves a legacy of love to: Father Joe N.(Hilda) Bracy, brothers: Rodrick Bracy, Greg (Clarissa) Jordan, Eskria (Cabreena) Rhodes, Tarius Boyd, Devon Boyd, sisters: Sheena Bracy, Rozella Bracy, nephews: Suntarus Bracy, Devontay Perry, Diontay Perry, nieces: Tarshunna Tiera, Kiera, and Tarrica Bracy.  He is proceed in death by his mother, Shirley A. Bracy, sister, Catina Jordan, brother, Stacy Bracy and nephew, Myron Bowens.
