Mr. Joe E. Manyfield

Joe Ed Manyfield was born on February 15, 1937, to the late Mr. William Manyfield and Mrs. Julia James Wright Manyfield. He was one of nine children born into their union. Joe accepted Christ at an early age. His formal education was at Mt. Moriah Church in Edwards, Mississippi. He was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church until his health failed. Joe later moved to Clinton, Mississippi where he worked for the City of Clinton for thirty six years until his retirement.

Joe is preceded in death by his loving wife, Annie Love Manyfield; two daughters, Donna Watson and Gwendolyn Mounger; two sons, Earl Mounger and Calvin Mounger; four brothers, Charles Manyfield, B. L. Manyfiled, Thomas Manyfield and Earl Manyfield; and one sister, Golena James Parker. Joe departed this life on November 15, 2024. He leaves to cherish his memories: two sons, Linnie (Michele) Shoulders and Eddie Joe Daniels; two sisters, Ophelia Hester and Beatrice Manyfield Peace; one brother, W. C. (Mattie) Manyfield; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family and friends.
