LaShunda Artirice Holmes-Bradford was born on August 29, 1979, in Jackson, Mississippi. She was the only child born to Eddie Davis and the late Melody Marie Holmes. She transitioned from her earthly home on January 20, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Margie Holmes, her mother, Melody Marie Holmes-Weathersby, her grandfather Charlie Davis, her grandmother, Lucille Davis, her three uncles, James Cleveland, Ricky Davis, David Davis and her cousin, Ricky Davis Jr.

She attended Hall's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Bolton, MS, at early age under the leadership of the late J. W. Walker. After moving to California under the leadership Reverend Jacob D.R. Johnson.

LaShunda attended Jackson Public Schools in Jackson, MS, until 1992. She was a 1998 graduate of James Monroe High School in Los Angeles, California. In 2013, she graduated from the University of Antelope Valley in Lancaster, California.

LaShunda was loving and compassionate daughter, wife, mother, niece, and friend. She loved and adored her three sons more than anything in this world. She had a loving relationship with her parents and family. Everyone that knew LaShunda, knew that she had a huge heart. She loved shopping, dancing, laughing and telling jokes. If you were lucky, you got the opportunity to taste some of her awesome cooking. She received these awesome cooking skills from her grandmothers, Margie and Lucille.

In 1999, she married Willie Jackson Jr. and to that union three sons Willie, Damari, and Daylan were born. Later in life, she married Vincent Bradford.

Lashunda leaves to cherish her memories: husband, Vincent Bradford of Lancaster, CA; three sons, Willie Jackson III, Damari Jackson, and Daylan Jackson of Lancaster, CA; father, Eddie Davis of West Palm Beach, FL.; grandfather, Esau Holmes Jr. of Jackson, MS; a very special little sister/cousin Nikita Sanders; special friends, Dr. Mira Walker, Latasha Gardner, Lakiesha Kinslow, Talya Franklin, and a host of aunts, uncles cousins and other relatives and friends.
