Mr. Louis E. Berry
Louis E. Berry was born in Rankin County, Mississippi to the late Elester and Warnette Berry on June 6, 1953. Both parents preceded Louis in death in addition to his grandparents, Hattie Kitchens and Pearlie Berry; and a brother, Billy Joe "Jimbo" Tardy.
At the age of 19, he met and married Elizabeth Williams. To this union one child, a beautiful baby girl, LeKisha Rochelle Rogers was born.

attended various places of education; Mendenhall School System, Atterlbury Job Corps Center in Edinburg, Indiana, and an educational program
offered by Maggie Wade with WLBT Television Station, "3 on your side," where he received his GED.
Louis was formerly employed at Chrysler Corporation, in Detroit, Michigan; and at the Universal Plant, later known as Magnatek, Inc., in Mendenhall, Mississippi. He later worked at Jackson State University, in Jackson, Mississippi where he was proudly responsible for the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center until his retirement in 2014.
Mr. Berry is survived by: his former wife, Elizabeth Lancaster of Madison, Mississippi; daughter, LeKisha Rogers (Anthony), Vicksburg, Mississippi; granddaughter, Monique Cheyenne Rogers, Vicksburg, Mississippi; grandson, Louis Deandrea Berry of Jackson, Mississippi; siblings, Betty Brown of Florence, Mississippi, Sandra Tardy of Belzoni, Mississippi, Jo Ann (Richard) Finch of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Christopher (Cynthia) Sims of Silver City, Mississippi, Larry (Clementine) Tardy of Chicago, Illinois, Michael (Felicia) Tardy of Pearl, Mississippi, Dorothy Harris of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Alvin Tardy of Cleveland, Mississippi; Charles Tardy of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, NS Carolyn Tardy Wilson of Greenwood, Mississippi; four sisters-in-law; two brothers-in- law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
