A Time To Be Born
Mr. Moses Givemore was the son of the late Tommie Givemore and the late Matrion Montgomery Johnson. He entered into this life on
December 23, 1947 in Hazelhurst, Mississippi.

A Time To Be Saved

Moses accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized at the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Learned, Mississippi. During his membership at Oak Grove, he served as a Sunday School teacher and superintendent. A Time To Live Moses attended Carver Elementary School and graduated from Hinds Agricultural High School in Utica, Mississippi. He decided to further his education, majoring in electronics at Hinds Community College, Utica Campus. He graduated with his Associate Degree in May, 1970. Shortly after, Moses enlisted in the United States Army for two and a half years, until he was honorably discharged in 1973. His professional career exceeded over three decades at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Vicksburg, Mississippi as a delivery merchandiser. He was united in holy matrimony to Joann Smith on July 12, 1970. To this union four children were born. Their only son departed this life during birth. For 53 years, this union was committed to stand against all the test of time.
Moses enjoyed spending time with his family, working in his crossword puzzle books, watching Western movies, and never wanted to miss an episode of "Family Feud."

A Time To Die
Moses transitioned from earth into glory on October 18, 2022 atG.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. He was preceded in death by: his parents; two sisters, Gloria Jean Johnson and Nellie Nolan; and two brothers, Nelson Lenson and Floyd Johnson.
