Myrtis Shuller-Frazier was the sixth child born to the late Brother William Shuller and Sister Edie Sanders-Shuller on January 15, 1938. She was affectionately known as "Little Lamb". Her siblings preceded her in death, Mrs. Jesse Mae Young, Mrs. Marcella Walton, Mrs. Ameila Coleman,
Mrs. Susie B. Cox, Mrs. Gracie Helen Evans and Mrs. Winnie Davis. Mrs. Frazier passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, around 12:40 p.m., at home, surrounded by family.

At an early age she accepted Christ as her personal Savior and joined Strawbridge Missionary Baptist Church under the late Rev. D. D. Smith in Utica, Mississippi, where she served as a choir member and sang with The Ciley Williams Gospel Group. Their theme song was, "I'm Going To Walk The Milky White Way". In 1955, Mrs. Frazier married the love of her life, the late Brother Kelly Frazier, they were married 47 years. To this union five children were born. Being raised to not only love, but fear the Lord, she felt it was her duty to raise her children the same way. Being obedient and following her husband, Mrs. Frazier joined Saint John Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Rev. John Hardy. Under
the direction of the late Rev. Earl Ward, she was appointed Missionary Director. In accordance with the church covenant, Mrs. Frazier wanted to continue to serve in the church closer to home, she moved her membership and became a member of the Free Mission Missionary Baptist Church under Pastor Rev. Ronald Patton. She was member of the Missionary Society and Mother of the Church until her health failed.

Mrs. Frazier also attended Wednesday morning Bible Class at Mount Center Missionary Baptist Church located in Pocahontas, Mississippi, under Rev. Rickey Jenkins, Sr. Mrs. Frazier worked most of her life in the fields and later retired from Mississippi Baptist Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. In addition to her husband and other loved ones, Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by two daughters, Sister Martha Frazier and Mother Louella F. Jenkins, and grandson, Brother Frazier Jenkins. Mrs. Frazier leaves to cherish her precious memory: three loving children, one son, Mr. James E. Frazier (Rev. Terossa) of Gautier, Mississippi and two daughters, Mrs. Lynn Frazier-Jacobs and Ms. Winnie Frazier of Jackson, Mississippi; one sister-in-law Lena Devonport of Byram, Mississippi, six grandchildren, Ms. Tephany J. Wilson of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Ms. Kourtni L. Frazier of Gautier, Mississippi, Mr. Ricky D. Jenkins, Jr. (Catherine, Esq.) of Canton, Georgia, Mr. Bennie A. Jacobs, Jr. (Jameen), Mr. Kelly Jacobs (Santanna) of Jackson, Mississippi; eleven great grandchildren, Terrance Dunwoody, River Jenkins, Amiya Frazier, Kaitlyn and Jasmine Wilson, Jaylyn Wilson, Kamiron Frazier, Zakai Marks, Alivia Jacobs, Kelly L. Jacobs and Michelle Jacobs; two very special godchildren, Ms. Chandra T. Dorsey of Charlotte, North Carolina and Mr. Elexander Shields of Jackson, Mississippi; and a host of family relatives and friends.
