Obituary

Mrs. Dupree, Memorial Service will be held onSaturday, September 18, 2014 at Willis and Son Funeral Home in Jackson, MS.Her services will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Ms. Tracy Michelle Dupree was born October 17, 1967 to ms. Susie Ma Dupree and the late Mr. McClinty (BO-Pete) Nichols in Vicksburg, MS.Ms. Dupree departed this life on October 9, 2014 at the age of 46 in Vicksburg, MS.Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Mr. McClinty Nichols; three brothers Ralph Nichols, Lanell Nichols, and Marcus Nichols; her grandparents; uncles and one nephew.

Tracy attended Edwards Attendance Center during her early years of education, later relocating to Long Beach, California where she attended Polly High School.After high school years, she went on to Webster Career College where she received a certificate in Accounting.Tracy was very smart in mathematics and great with number.

Tracy was a very big sports fan, with football and basketball being her favorites.She loved her New England Patriots and San Antonio Spurs. She kept notes of all the scores.Tracy lived her life the way she wanted, happy and doing the things she liked to do, notletting anything brother or worry her.

Tracy leaves to cherish her memories: two loving and caring children, Tamika C. Dupree and Tramaine C. Dupree; one granddaughter, Addison (Munch) Depree-Wilson, all of Hattiesburg, MS; her devoted mother, Ms. Susie Mae Dupree of Edwards, MS; seven sisters, Mary Ann James (Charlie) of Huntington Beach, CA, Barbara Ann Wilson (Lionell) of Edwards, MS, JoAnne Thompson (Kelvin) of Clinton, MS, Priscilla L. Hanserd (Daren) of Milwaukee, WI, Tennia F. Ross (Benrnard) of Utica, MS, Zenthia M. Webster of Clinton, MSand Alice Jean Jefferson (Robert) of Jackson, MS; three brothers, Larry Joe Dupree of Paramount, CA, Jessie Lee Dupree of Edwards, MS and Tommy Dupree of Edwards, MS (Tracy); the father of her children, Charles Herring of Edwards, MSone special, caring and close person in her life,Clarence "Redd" Moses of Raymond, MS; close friends, Dee Pulliam of Vicksburg, MSSharon "Tweetie" Atkins of Edwards, MS and Victoria Clayton of Edwards, MS; one uncle, Mr. M.C. Nichols of Bolton, MS; one aunt, Mrs. Agnes Murray of Edwards MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
